Naming Ceremonies

What’s in a name? So many things! There can be lots of reasons why you may wish to hold a naming ceremony, and I am happy to work with you to create an occasion that meets your needs and celebrates such a special event… It may be how you wish to welcome and name your new baby, (instead of a religious Christening ceremony). You can opt to include and name special individuals to be support people for your growing child, in much the same way as traditional Godparents, but you can choose how you describe or refer to those individuals. It can also be an occasion to celebrate adoption or the blending of two new families who wish to hyphenate two names to signify that union.
You may want a ceremony to signify choosing a new name for yourself, after a change by deed poll. Whatever your circumstances, I’d love to help you plan a ceremony that meets your needs and shares your good news.
